Wesley Chapel, you have been waiting for this one! Wesley Chapel Station, the brand-new shopping center at the corner of Bruce B Downs Blvd and Aronwood Blvd, has officially broken ground and we now have a pretty full picture of what's coming. Spoiler: it's a lot of great stuff.

Here's your complete rundown of everything confirmed so far...

The Big Anchors

Let's start with the headliners. A 35,000+ square foot Whole Foods Market will anchor the development, making it the go-to spot for anyone who loves their organic produce and overpriced (but delicious) snacks.

Right next door, an 85,000 square foot Life Time Fitness is also under construction, bringing one of the country's top-tier fitness clubs to Wesley Chapel. Think resort-style amenities, pools, group fitness, the works.

Restaurants and Cafes

This is where it gets really fun. Here's what's confirmed on the food and drink front:

CAVA - The fast-casual Mediterranean bowl spot with a cult following is coming. If you haven't had it yet, get ready to become a regular.

Chipotle - A classic, and always welcome.

PopUp Bagels - One of the most hyped bagel concepts around, known for their New York-style bagels and creative schmears.

Curry House Pizza - A unique fusion concept combining Indian flavors with pizza. We love to see something a little different.

Naked Farmer - A fast-casual restaurant focused on local, sustainable ingredients. Fresh, feel-good food done well.

There's also a coffee tenant listed (suite 570), though the specific brand hasn't been named yet. We will be keeping a close eye on that one.

Fitness and Wellness

Beyond Life Time Fitness, the development has a strong wellness lineup shaping up:

SweatHouz - An infrared sauna studio. If you have ever wanted to sweat it out in style, this is your spot.

The Tox - A body contouring and wellness studio that has been growing quickly across Florida.

Bodenvy - Another body sculpting and wellness studio rounding out what is shaping up to be a seriously impressive wellness corridor.

Retail and Services

Petfolk - A modern, membership-based veterinary and pet care brand. Great news for pet parents in the area.

Teachers Credit Union - Convenient financial services right in the center.

Hair Cuttery - A reliable hair salon option for the whole family.

Pacific Dental - Because a great smile is always in style.

FedEx - Handy for all your shipping needs.

When Does It Open?

The first stores at Wesley Chapel Station are expected to open in the second quarter of 2027. Yes, that feels like a while away, but given how much is already confirmed, it is going to be worth the wait.

Bruce B Downs Blvd & Aronwood Blvd, Wesley Chapel, FL 33544. Right in the heart of one of the fastest-growing areas in all of Pasco County.
