The Hub at Lexington is getting closer every day to being finished — with a few businesses already open and serving customers! The 40,000-square-foot mixed-use retail village on the corner of Wesley Chapel Boulevard and Lexington Oaks Boulevard is nearing its first wave of openings.

Developed by siblings Courtney Bissett-Hayes and Paul Bissett of Center Connect Development who brought us the Hub at Bexley, it will be a wonderful addition to Wesley Chapel. The buildings are turned over; the buildouts are underway. Here’s who’s moving in and who’s already open!
Bonchon Korean Fried Chicken
Bonchon is one of the most recognizable Korean fried chicken brands on the planet, with nearly 500 locations worldwide and 147 in the United States. Its Wesley Chapel outpost is being built as something a cut above the typical fast-casual experience.
Franchisee Sherry Askander is designing an upscale-casual dining room with roughly 70 indoor seats, an outdoor patio, and a full bar stocked with beer, sake, and Korean soju — making this effectively the area’s first Korean pub concept. The ownership team is targeting an opening sometime in 2026, with timing dependent on final inspections and approvals.
Brew Bar Self Pour (and maybe Urban Crunch)
Brew Bar Self Pour is a self-pour tap room concept that lets customers pour their own beer and wine by the ounce, plus frozen drinks like daiquiris, using self-serve technology. The brand already has a sister location at The KRATE at The Grove in Wesley Chapel (5856 Grand Oro Ln Unit 104).
Brew Bar is owned by the same family behind Urban Crunch located at the Hub at Bexley. It’s been rumored that this new space at the Hub at Lexington will combine both Brew Bar and Urban Crunch in one building, but we have yet to be able to confirm that ourselves. Fingers crossed!
Hummus Republic
Hummus Republic brings its build-your-own Mediterranean bowl concept to the Hub, joining more than 60 locations already operating across 15 states. The brand’s closest Florida outpost is at 7021 E. Fletcher Avenue near USF in Tampa. Wesley Chapel residents will now have their own counter-serve spot for customizable hummus bowls, pita sandwiches, and wraps. With sign permits filed in April 2026 and a hood suppression system still in review, the kitchen is close but not quite finished.
Farmer’s Milk
Farmer’s Milk is an Eastern European-influenced café and bakery with a sister location in Hollywood, Florida. Their current location offers decadent cakes and pastries, speciality coffees and drinks, as well as all-day breakfast. Details on the full menu are still forthcoming. When we stopped by the Hub check out the construction progress this week, they already had their sign up on the door!
The Clubhouse – Golf Simulator
The Hub at Lexington isn’t all food — The Clubhouse brings golf simulation entertainment to the mix, rounding out the center’s “Sip, Savor & Socialize” pitch. Low-voltage cabling permits have been active since March 2026, indicating the technology infrastructure is being wired in. And when we stopped by this week, most of the major buildout appears to be nearing completion. The inclusion of a golf simulator in a dining-and-entertainment center follows a trend that’s been gaining traction across Tampa Bay and we expect it to be a very popular spot.
Headlines Barber Shop – OPEN NOW
Headlines is one of Tampa Bay’s own success stories: a locally owned barbershop chain that now has locations in Brandon, Sunlake, Land O’Lakes, the Hub at Bexley, Northdale/Carrollwood, and New Tampa’s County Line Road corridor. The Hub at Lexington is its seventh location, with modern fades, scissor cuts, and detailed designs as the house specialty. It’s already open for business, with current hours listed as 10am-7pm Monday through Friday, 9am-6pm on Saturdays, and closed on Sunday.
Pet Wants Wesley Chapel
Pet Wants is a nationally franchised pet food and grooming brand whose whole pitch is freshness: small-batch food made with premium proteins and no fillers, delivered direct or sold in-store. The Wesley Chapel franchise at the Hub at Lexington has a 1,091-square-foot buildout with a projected Spring 2026 opening date. It’s a locally owned franchise unit — meaning a Pasco County resident is running it — which is exactly the kind of small-business story this center was designed to support.
La Creación Bistro
Fans of Wesley Chapel’s KRATE at The Grove container park will recognize the La Creación name. The La Creación Bistro will be a full sit-down sister restaurant to La Creación Express, the KRATE’s popular counter-serve concept. According to developer Courtney Bissett-Hayes, the Hub location will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a completely different menu than what the container park serves — so regulars aren’t just getting more of the same. A state beverage license was issued in March 2026, so looks like they will have cocktails too!
Saigon Pho Wesley Chapel
The same operator behind Banh Mi & Boba at the Hub at Bexley in Land O’Lakes is bringing Vietnamese food to Lexington under the Saigon Pho banner: pho noodle soups, grilled plates, and banh mi sandwiches. They had a banner hanging in front of the future building when we stopped by this week, but the windows were covered. Fingers crossed they are getting close to opening!
Lexington Nail Lab – OPEN NOW
The new Lexington Nail Lab is already open and ready for all your nail-related needs. Their current business hours are listed as 9:30am to 7:30pm Monday – Friday, 9am to 7pm on Saturday, and 11am to 5pm on Sunday. A related location operates at the Hub at Bexley.
Island Grill
Island Grill is billed as a Caribbean fusion restaurant, and that’s roughly all that’s publicly known at this point. As of August 2025, the developer noted that Island Grill was “still finalizing their menu” and didn’t have a logo to share. The buildout permit was issued in June 2025 and went through multiple architectural revisions into October, so construction has been active. If you’re looking for a Caribbean spot in Wesley Chapel, this one is worth keeping on your radar — but details remain sparse.
The Monk’s Indian Fusion Cuisine
The Monk’s is a “Desi-Chinese” concept that blends the flavors of India and China in one kitchen. Think samosas, dosas, butter chicken, and biryani alongside Sichuan-style and chili-spiked Chinese dishes. The chain has more than a dozen locations spread across Indiana, Colorado, and Texas, and Wesley Chapel would be its first Florida location.
Cinnaholic
Cinnaholic is the vegan cinnamon roll bakery that charmed its way onto Shark Tank Season 5 in 2014, landing a deal with Robert Herjavec, and then quietly built itself into a nationwide franchise brand. Every roll is 100% plant-based, dairy-free, and customizable from more than 40 frosting and topping options. The Wesley Chapel location at the Hub is already listed on Cinnaholic’s official coming-soon page, with a 1,000-square-foot building that looks close to being finished.
The Landing Bar and Grill
The Landing Bar and Grill has a well-loved sister location in Valrico’s River Hills Plaza, and its Hub at Lexington footprint — a substantial 4,528 square feet, the largest of any tenant in the center — suggests the Wesley Chapel location intends to make a statement. The menu at the Valrico Landing runs deep: grouper and salmon dinners, a Philly cheesesteak, Aztec chowder, pierogies, wings, flatbreads, pastas, and more.
