DESCRIPTION:Herp Heroes!  \nAnswer the call of wild Florida and immerse yourself in the exploration of Florida’s native herp heroes! In this drop-off homeschool class\, students will work together to discover the secret identities of our native reptiles and amphibians. We will trek through wetlands\, learn the differences between animal classes\, and identify what makes Florida’s herp heroes so magnificent! \nDate: Friday\, March 27th\, 2026\nLocation: Withlacoochee River Park (Pavilion #2)\nTime: 9:00am – 1:00pm\nAges: 7-12 years old\nCost: $20.00 per child \nPlease send your child with lunch\, snacks\, water\, and close-toed shoes. It is recommended that they be sent with bug spray\, and sunscreen. \nDrop-off will be from 8:45am-9:00am and pick-up will be from 12:45pm-1:00pm. \nAll participants must register.\nProgram subject to changes and cancellation.
